Oswego County Paralegals

Please join me in supporting KIM SEAGER for Oswego County Family Court Judge. Attorney Seager has experience in both Oswego County and Onondaga County as a law Guardian for over 12 years.

I know Kim, and I believe that she is the right person to help Oswego County Families as our next Judge. The current judge has been in Family Court for 20 years and I think it is time for a change.

Since you may not know Kim, I have attached a letter from her, along with her resume. I hope you will take a minute to look at Kim's experience, background and ideas. Decide for yourself if she is the right person for the job.
I know Kim wants to discuss her thoughts, so if you have any questions, please take her up on her offer and send her an email.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 4th.

Please join me in supporting Kim Seager for Family Court Judge by pulling the lever.
Thanks.

TERMINATED:

Now that Magistrate Sam Sugar has been terminated from the Oswego County Family Support System we have a great jump on reforming the Family Court System. Magistrate Sugar had conducted himself in an unprofessional and unethical way for years. I have even witnessed several attorneys that have threatened to report him from time to time.
We now have a great opportunity to get Judge Roman off the bench. This is a Judge that is way to old fashion for the families of the 21st century. He has refused to be involved with hearings and trials, leaving excessive workloads for Judge Metcalf, and Judge Ludington. This has caused stress for these two Judges, as Judge Metcalf has made several wrong findings over the past couple of years that were not in the best interest of the children.
Family Law, should NOT be about flexing of muscles or Judges on a power trip. It should NOT be about picking sides or causing conflict in the families. It should NOT be about getting rid of cases because the workload is piling up. It should NOT be about putting innocent DADs in jail because they fell on hard times. It should NOT be about the money and how much the Federal Incentives are going to be this year. It should NOT be encouraging MOTHERS to sit on WELFARE and be supported by the TAXPAYERS.
Family Law, SHOULD be about the best interest of the CHILD. It SHOULD be about giving a CHILD two healthy parents. It SHOULD be about teaching parents to get along. It SHOULD be about helping families cope with hard times. It SHOULD be encouraging parents to spend equal time with the CHILD. It SHOULD be about making a healthier community. It SHOULD be about making a safer community.
If you think that the Oswego County Family Court System doesn’t affect you, YOU ARE WRONG. Please VOTE against Judge Roman for Family Court Judge and change the way of our CHILDERNS future.

LAWYERS, CRIMINALS - - I FORGET THE DIFFERENCE

Monday, April 21, 2008

Welcome

Welcome All,

Last semester in English class we experimented with blogging. I found it a great way to express your view points on any subject. It is a great way to stay in touch with friends, and classmates.

I started this site in hopes that all Paralegal Studies students of Bryant & Stratton, (past, present, & future) would stay in touch, and express their opinions with what is right or wrong with certain laws.

If anyone knows of anybody else that would like to voice their opinion to this Blog just let me know so that they can be added to the list.

Hope everyone has fun, and Thanks for participating.

Wayne
